Choose Yourself ⛵
About 6 months ago I quit my job.
I’ve had a “side” consulting business the last 4 years.
But I realized doing anything just “on the side” no longer felt aligned.
Crazy part is how quickly I felt a huge positive shift in all areas of my life after taking this step.
Now most of my times goes into working with founders. Helping them take what’s already in their head (ideas, conversations, experiences) and turn it into content and simple systems that compound into new business and opportunities.
It’s been awesome to see how just quickly things can grow with aligned content and clear focus.

The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz
This should be required reading for every human. Live by these 4 agreements and you can’t help but improve your happiness and life.
The Connection Course by Joe Hudson.
At the time, I wrote how this was the “best ROI I’ve spent on personal development.” You learn and practice using emotional intelligence frameworks, self awareness, and effective communication with others.
Vivid Vision
Here’s a whiteboard of my vision. This exercise was extremely useful in stepping into a bigger future for myself.
Life Roadmap
I worked with a psychologist for 6 weeks on my personalized life roadmap. He interviewed 6 people closest to me. Then him and I met 1×1 once a week for 6 weeks. He then gave me a 25 page report on my superpowers and what type of work I am wired to do. It was awesome.
Consistent Bedtime
Simple but not easy. I’ve struggled with this for a while, until I found a way to automatically shutdown my laptop at 9pm each night. (More here.)
